These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your contract for building work — that is a separate written agreement signed before any job starts.

Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Prices shown or discussed are estimates until we have seen the space and issued a written quote.

A written quote states its own validity period and its own scope. Where a quote and this website disagree, the quote governs.

Estimates assume the conditions we were told about or could see. Concealed damage, moisture problems, failed existing coatings, or substrate defects discovered once work begins may change the scope and the price. We will tell you in writing before doing anything that changes the price.

Requesting a quote

Submitting a form asks us to contact you. It does not book work, reserve a date, or oblige either of us to proceed.

Please give accurate details. We price from what you tell us, and a quote based on wrong information will change once we see the space.

Financing

Financing is provided by a third-party finance company, not by Renova. All financing is subject to credit approval, and rates, terms and eligibility are set by the provider, not by us.

We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we cannot promise approval. Any figures the provider shows you come from them and are governed by their agreement with you.

Photographs on this site

Images are used to show the materials, systems and finishes we install. Where an image is an example of a finish rather than a photograph of a project we completed, the page says so. We do not present other companies’ work as our own.

Workmanship

Any warranty we give is set out in your written agreement. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or adds to it.

Coating performance depends on preparation, substrate condition, moisture, and how the surface is used and maintained afterwards. We will tell you honestly if a surface is a poor candidate before you spend money on it.

Use of this site

You may read this site and contact us through it. Please do not copy our text or photographs for another business, submit false enquiries, or attempt to disrupt the site.

We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee the site is error-free or never offline.
